NOT HAPPY WITH MTN's CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I placed an order yesterday and I was assisted by the lady named Christabel Sikhakhane. After we were done over the phone, few moment later I then received an SMS stating that "my order has been conditionally approved I need to contact the agent for finalization". Since yesterday, midday I have been phoning and phoning and no one is will to assist everyone is taking me from pillar to post.

I chose you because I am happy with your service but now this . . .? I would be glad to take my business elsewhere because your employees do not know anything about customer service!
