not happy with MTN services

I bought an Airtime via internet banking for R45 on 31/08/2020, Airtime was never credited to my account, as per MTN they has system issues that day. I called MTN and they provide me with the ref number, after two weeks of waiting they told me that i need to contact My bank, went to Absa bank they told me to contact MTN. so no idea what to do now. please help me
