Not happy with MTN services

I have had a contract with Mtn for over 4 years nd still took out new contract for routers nd because I cancelled my sim contract without being informed by the call center agent my phone was blocked due to rica. Why was I not asked to rica my two new SIM cards nd why do I hv to be inconvenienced Bcz I’m moving my one sim to prepaid , I hv spend De entire day without any access to my phone nd no one to assist me just being told to visit the nearest Mtn store . I’m really gonna cancell everything with Mtn nd move to a service provider dat will cater for my needs
