Not happy with MTN home Fibre

I signed up with MTN home fibre over 3 weeks ago. A wonderful technician came through to connect, however I am still waiting for my router to be delivered.

I went onto Rams website and they state that it was returned to Supersonic as I was not available. Firstly they had the incorrect address. The mail I received from Supersonic states that I was not available.

When I try and contact MTN or Supersonic, their number just rings and I have held on for 20 minutes at a time, giving up each time.

When I finally got hold of a consultant, the phone was put down on me.

I am really being patient and I am still waiting for feedback from anyone who cares to assist me with regards to my router being delivered to the correct address.
