Not happy with Mtn

I signed up with them fo 80 gigs monthly but to my surprise I'm only receiving 60gigs and they are insisting that I did get my 80 gig which I did not and now they can't even rectify that as I'm paying my R399 for what I actually didn't sign up for please help me with this
