Not happy with MTN
I am an MTN subscriber. I continually receive SMS's telling me that my subscription service to "Fantasy Football" at R3.50 will be renewed. I have not subscribed to this! I have logged a complaint on the MTN website, requesting feedback ... no feedback has been received. If MTN allows these amounts to be debited/deducted from my bank account, I will take be taking action against MTN.

Kindly note that the usage is mostly for short messages. The registration of these services is completely voluntary and is activated on the handset. Therefore, the billing solely gets traced back to the MTN number.
For more information on the services received or any refunds, you may contact the content provider directly. Kindly note that these service are not part of MTN services.
The subscription for Fantasy football has been canceled.
To view or cancel any WASP subscription *135*5#. Then select the option for content services.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
