Not happy with MTN

I'm very angry I'm not happy with MTN I paid R15589 on the 6/03/24 but still my phones are still not working I have been calling and going to the stores of MTN North West Mahikeng for 2 weeks now I have been sending emails still no help I'm really hurt I'm not okay they keep on transferring me to deferent agents and still it is not helping I even send them an email with a proff of payment at *** still no reply I'm not happy with MTN
