Not happy

I'm really not happy with the service from MTN, I upgraded telephonically and the plan that I selected is not the one that was loaded on my contract. I sent an email on the 18 Nov to the lady who was assisting me to enquire about the error. No response. Contacted MTN no assistance received. It's not the first time I'm treated badly by MTN.
