Not Happy at All

Our MD Ms Judy Sunasky placed an order with Patience Dlamini of MTN Nicolway for a Modem, SIM Card and IPhone 7 on Thursday the 10th of August 2017. After numerous attempts to find out when the items will arrive and threatening to cancel our order Patience then sent the Modem and SIM Card on Monday the 4th of September 2017. This took an entire three weeks with no apology for the late and incomplete delivery. A week later the IPhone arrived. What makes this more frustrating is that the modem sim and Sim card are not Rica activated therefore they cannot be used. Today is Friday the 29th of September and we still are struggling to get hold of Patience to confirm when the sims will be Rica activated. This is the last time that we will be using MTN.
