Not happy about mondo

Sales consultant calledvme to share the offer and i told him i still need to discuss with my son about the offer... few minutes after..i receive a contract of the offer..the offer i did not agree upon...they havent delivered yet...i dont want there product..the sales man should have waited for the correct response.
