Not happy

I am so frustrated and disappointed in MTN. I have taken out a new cellphone contract and DSV has been here twice now to try and deliver my phone with no luck as the biometric finger scanner doesnt pick up my fingerprints. I am trying to get MatN to arrange a manual delivery for me, but their customer care centre is extemely poor. I have been transfered to 10 different operators and none of them helped me. I am going to emd up paying for a phone I dont have, because no one seems to know how to help a client.
