Not happy

Hi peter...i opened a account with mtn,i made a debi order on a cellphone contract...since this package arrived i was not happy...the second day i file a complain...call customer services no help,i also did try different numbers they told me to send a complain nothing call just drop...i don't get hold of them...this month they deducted R489.63 and they supposed to deduct R179...i asked for a deul sim instead they give me a single sim phone slot
