NOT HAPPY
I have been with MTN easily 10 years or more. I spend approx 400 to 600 a month buying DATA but when i want a contract i cannot get one. (yes i am blacklisted but they can see how much i spend on data etc). All i want is a decent phone since mine was ******. So in saying this i am going to change networks. Sorry MTN you are losing a loyal customer.

22 Aug 2018, 13:52so i got the call only yesterday from MTN and they got all my details and the guy said it looks good they will be sending my new phone within 5 to 7 working days. Today i get an sms from MTN again saying that my application has been denied.
