Not great service

I got a new wifi box Monday 4/3 its now the 6/3 its now been more then 7 hours without wifi. You cannot get hold of MTN nor get a number to call the number they give on the net is 135 which when you dial you get telkom. How is this service. But wow you need to pay not miss one day. But here we go days without internet how is this fair or customer service.
