Not giving contracts they adverstising

On 23 May, I went to MTN to renew a contract at R139 per month with a Sony E4 phone. MTN at Canal Walk informed that they didn't have stock. I asked to take the contract out and wait for the instrument. They informed that they cannot sign a contract without an instrument number, but would put me up for one and when the instrument arrives I could just sign. On 10 July, they informed that the instrument arrived, but that I have to pay R169 for the contract now! The contract for May-June is no longer valid. That is false advertising. On 10 July they said they would escalate and ask for permission to give me the contract that I wanted, also promised to give me feedback by Tuesday the 14th. No feedback yet.

False advertising!!!
