not getting sms/data on contract

I have taken out an mtn contract where I was meant to get monthly 300gb of date, 200sms's and 100 anytime minutes. contract was taken out +-two months ago and to date I haven't received any free sms's and im not sure if I have received my data this month either. called the service centre and was told to wait a while there is a delay with the sms's...that was over a month ago! im still waiting...
