Not getting any help from MTN Data Department

I've complained about this issue for more than a month now and still no one can help me get it sorted out.

I started using MTN Data Share almost 2 months ago. I've got 1 Data Contract with Data Share enabled and three of my other contracts are linked to that number. The number I linked first worked for about 2 weeks without any problems. Then all of a sudden it just didn't want to work.

I then linked the other two numbers and those two worked perfectly and is still working.

I've delinked the number that doesn't want to work and linked it again a couple of times but it still doesn't want to work.

I've spoke to someone at 808, 1555, was at the Service Centre, asked help on Facebook and on the MyBroadband Forum but no one seems to know whats going on.

I need to speak to someone who knows something about Data Share that can check on the system why the one contract doesnt want to work but the other two works fine. It can't be that difficult.

All my messages on the Facebook page and Inbox are ignored. I feel helpless and with 3 of my contracts that's due for upgrade within the next couple of months I'm not sure if I want to stay with MTN if the service is this bad.
