NOT GETTING ANSWERS
After talking to 4 customer service personnel! My ticket has still not been answered from the 4th of June 2019! Has since phoned twice and just keep getting the same answer they are looking at it! As today I received my monthly packet and now that i have Any time minutes again, when i phone a MTN number it takes from the any time minutes and not the MTN to MTN minutes as it is suppose to! Need to get answers.

Please accept our apologies for the lapse in service and the inconvenience caused to you as a result. Kindly note that the wallet that has an earlier expiry date will always be used first. Your Anytime minutes wallet expires on the 2019-07-12 and the MTN to MTN minutes wallet expires on the 2019-07-22, hence the Anytime minutes are being used up first when you make calls.
