Not getting account information! Disappointing

Paid my mtn account done , but the balance is still affecting my credit score negatively, while I paid they never updated it , it shows I’m still in arrears . And now that I’ve paid the balance they keep referring me to the debt company but the debt company Nudebt does not want to issue me a paid up letter . But I have a statement showing I owe R0.00 . It’s affecting my credit score and I need to still purchase a home .

They throwing me all over and no one is telling me what is actually happening ! Very disappointing MTN is such a huge company but this is how they treat people !
