Not fulfilling your contract
Hi Tim,<br> There has been no response from MTN as of yet,If I don't pay you cut me off if you do not fulfil your part of the contract nothing can be done how is this fair?As explained my calls not made were carried over in the beginning of my contract now my contract ends in December and for the last 4-5 months I have not had a carry over you admitted fault, however nothing has been done since you said it would be revered once again all lip service no action, please advise as to when this will happen or once again the small man gets shafted.Just like MTN shifted the blame with all the people that lost data.I am a MTN shareholder and feel this treatment is not fair
