NOT FOLLOWING THE REGULATION MEASURES

My mom MRS RA Mthembu who is a 62 year pensioner got her MTN contract renewed yesterday at the Westgate branch. I'm wondering which governance procedures does MTN follow to be awarding a pensioner who earns R1300 from the state a contract for R249 for 2 4months. don't you guys have a metric to qualify your clients and check their affordability? I am sure this is not allowed, if your sales consultants are so desperate for any sale I must say this is disgusting. There is no way someone who earns such little and has other expenses will afford to pay this contract. <br> <br> I advise that you guys take care of this or I am taking this up with the ombudsman if no one does anything about this matter in a weeks time. I am very sure the National Credit Act does not allow this.<br> <br>
