NOT EVERYWHERE YOU GO !!!

MTN has no coverage in the Marburg Port Shepstone Kwa Zulu Natal area.This is from May 2024.I have now purchased a Vodacom sim and data.Will I get a refund for the period it does not work ? Rhetorical question as we know this is impossible. When I call the *** number their response is, it has been reported and escalated. I do not get any other contact number.I am told to wait as it is in the queue to be resolved. They also cannot view a progress or what the actual problem is, this is sad as their apps should be able to interface or have a drop down to view such problems.MTN is really disappointing. Clearly not everywhere you go....
