Not even the MTN Hello Peter team can deliver
My 4th MTN complaint in a short few weeks. Not even the MTN Hello Peter respond team can deliver effective customer service. What is there not to understand about my previous complaint *** responded by Alice van der Merwe? Now you are forcing me to complain about complaints. Did I not clearly guide (after sharing all the other bad customer service frustrations) you to my \078****883 data package"and mentioned phrases like \""8gig Night Time Express that should have been carried over from last month\"". And yet you will give me feedback on my \""083***5455\"" even mentioning words like \""once off 1GB\"" and \""10MB\"" which has absolutely nothing to do with my previous complaint or data package of number 078****883 (***)????"""
