Not even the complaints department's phone is working!

I wrote a review a few weeks ago, as I am not getting feedback from MTN on a new contract, till this day I have not gotten any feedback, I have decided to try the complaints department, only to find that the no given to me as *** does not work, there is no way to get in touch with the person that assisted me, other than my email and not she or her supervisor gets back to me after numerous emails.
