Not even 1 person can actual provide basic service

I had an account with MTN. The account had two numbers, the contracts for both numbers ended and I terminated both of the numbers. This was after I tried to perform an upgrade for one of the numbers (they failed to do the upgrade more than 3 times). What sucks is that they still billing me to date (*****ing my money). Today I was on the phone with more than 10 MTN agents for today. Not even one person could help. They only think they can do is to transfer me back and forth.(everyone telling me the same BS; you on the legacy systems and I am using the new systems). Some of the agents I spoke with (where do you get these useless people from?):
