Not efficient
Moving from Nashua Mobile to mtn was my worst nightmare,from call centre to shop,ive logged queries and nobody ever got back to me not even when I didn't receive my monthly data or airtime not even when I didn't understand what am I paying for.I took back my phone due to it overheats and I've been given 6 months warranty and been promised to be contacted by Monday latest and still no phone call.Ive lost my job and informed mtn legal they never contacted me for arrangements or way forward,when I call the call centre im told that im expected to pay every month even if im not working because mtn doesn't have insurance for such incidents otherwise my line will be completely suspended,how am I expected to pay?
