Not delivering to their promise

I've upgraded my contract with mtndirect and it was going smoothly. I was promised that I will receive my new device (laptop) within 5 to 7 work days. On workday 7 I phoned to enquire what's happening, I was told to wait for 10 work days. So on 10 workdays I phoned again and they told me it was with the courier, they will contact me. On day 15 I phoned again..... same old story. Today is the 20th working day.... I phoned again and the story is its with the courier but not mtn not dsv knows were the package is and that they are working on the problem and that I am one of 200 customers that have the same problem. Is there anyone that can tell me how long I need to wait. WHAT IS MTN GOING TO DO ABOUT THE SITUATION?
