Not delivering on promises, no feedback

Went to shop to upgrade on my contract. New contract included new LG G6, another LG phone and a R1000 cash voucher. Did not get my phone immediately, had to go back next week to collect my phone. Told me I will get R1000 paid into my bank account, if not, to phone a guy that will help me(Passing the buck). It has been more than 2 months now, did phone Quinton at the Mtn shop for feedback, and no responce again from them. I did phone Mtn head office, but they told me its not their responsibility, it is a promotion at the shop. Mtn are false advertising upgrades or new contracts, they are not keeping their promises . The service at the Mtn Cavendish Glen shop in Glen Marais is of poor quality, and will not go back again or recommend them to any one!
