Not delivering on Promises Made
So you receive this SMS Congratulations you have been awarded a free LTE device From MTN same number where you receive other MTN SMS from ... & in todays wonderful times we live in you ignore the SMS because we are so used to **** after **** & really who gives away things for FREE???, but when the call comes through saying it is so & so from MTN confirming your address & the device that you have won & it will be delivered to you in the next 7 days you actually start getting excited. because the phone you are using is up the creek..... after a few weeks you call MTN and get transferred from one person to the next to the point where you give up, again you try & then you e-mail the screen shots of the sms received as well as the Call date & time & receive an e-mail on the 15/10/2015 14:35 promising that the E-mail you send has been escalated to a supervisor & that this \Supervisor"will get back to you"
