Not Delivered on Deal and Inability to Provide Proper Service

I received an sms on the 5th of April, stating that my query has been resolved with the following reference number 1- ********** 3081. I phoned the call center and I was told to go to the MTN store. I went and I was told by the employee there was no need to come to the store and that my query will be resolved when I receive my next monthly data. I received my monthly data short this month again, it's now been 6 months. I've been receiving responses from the complaints department but my query has still not been resolved. It seems as if MTN doesn't plan on doing anything about the situation but rather waiting for the contract to end.
