Not Delivered on Deal

It seems the only way to communicate with MTN is through social media. Therefore here I am again, posting to find out if MTN ever plans on delivering on the Black Friday 30GB Deal I am paying for but not receiving OR whether I should find another service provider. Mike Ramaboka I responded with my details as requested, however I am yet to hear any feedback.
