Not cancelling contract, continuing to deduct funds. No customer service

I took out a contract with MTN 6 months ago with the agreement from them that my number will be ported. They didn't port my number to date, and are deducting money off my account every month, even though I can't use the contract. They have confirmed that the contract has been cancelled, but are still deducting funds from my account every month.
