Not cancelling contract as was instructed - plain theft taking place

<p>I had gone to the MTN store in Herm**** 30 days before my contract expired, as per the MTN rules to cancel the contract and transfer to pre paid. To my shock, the money was deducted from my account this month, even though the sales person had assured me that the contact was cancelled. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want this contract cancelled and transferred to prepaid immediately, and I want the money that was ****** out of my bank account returned by Monday evening. The contract was cancelled, so either the sales person did not do their jobs correctly, or MTN just *****s from the clients and hopes that no one will notice. </p> <p> </p> <p>This must be fixed by the end of Monday. </p>
