Not Called Back
Since Saturday I have had problems with MTN. On Monday I was promised by Veronica at the complaints department that she or a manager would contact me on Wednesday to tell me how we were going to rectify the situation...it is now end of business Thursday and nobody has had the decency to contact me and update me. <br> <br> I expect a call from them no later then 09h00 tomorrow morning, should I not hear from them my account will be removed and possible legal action will be instituted. I cannot stand bad service and will not allow any company to treat me like a fool.<br>
