So after nearly a month, after being promised to deliver to our door, we are told that we must collect the phone.

What is the purpose of offering the delivery service when I now have to go collect the phone 100km from me?

You have wasted so much of my time, increased my blood pressure and made me dislike MTN immensely, when I could have just gone into a store and collected my phone that day. However, you upgrade the contract no problem but dont deliver the handset.
