Not being Charged amount as signed contract

<p>Account No.: A ********** <br /><br /></p> <p>On the 12 December 2014, I renewed my contract, SIM only.<br />Contract stipulates clearly MTN 200 Monthly Subscription Fee (including VAT) = R149 for a period of 24 months.</p> <p>From January 2015 to May 2015, I was charged:<br />MTN 200 Monthly Subscription Fee R200 (including VAT)<br />Less monthly service fee discount R51.00 (including VAT)<br />Total R149 Including VAT.</p> <p>Excluding additional items, for example: Itemised billing.</p> <p>This agreed with the amount as per signed Contract</p> <p>However from June 2015 (Which was during the 24 month contract)<br />MTN 200 Monthly Subscription Fee increased to R210 (Including VAT)<br />Less monthly service fee discount R51.00 (including VAT)<br />Total R159 Including VAT.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not as per signed Contract, referring to our contract.<br />Which states MTN 200 Monthly Subscription Fee for R149 (Including VAT).</p> <p>If there is in our Contract a paragraph which allows you to change the amount.<br />Please stipulate the page and paragraph in our Contract where you may increase/decrease the agreed amount, as you see fit during the 24 month period of our contract.</p> <p>Alternatively pay back the over charged amount which was charged from June 2015 up to date and honour our contract.</p>
