Not being assisted by MTN

I had a contract with MTN and it ended January 2026, 11 February they change my number to prepaid . Suddenly I couldn't receive income call , now when I rechargeI can't use my data. I called MTN so many times and they not helping me. They telling me they dont know what's wrong and I should wait for 24 hours for response. After they have logged in a ticket they told me the person who logged the ticked must be the one to assist me what kind of response is that? Im so disappointed and tired of this Network. The worst.
