Not being able to assist with query
I sent an email to customer care to advise when my contract for 3G expires. I do not have the number for the 3G line as I can not phone or sms from there to get the number.<br> I explained this to customer care and asked that they check the number on my ID. They came back saying I need to check my statement - I advised that I have not received a statement from MTN since Nashua closed down.<br> They then said I must phone *** - guess what, the first question I am asked on this number is, what is your number!!!!! I don't have the number!!!! <br> MTN seems to be the only institution that can not trace your details with your ID number. their customer service is non existant being the same reason I cancelled my contract with them after Nashua closed. MTN does not know what customer service is, their call centre is pathetic.
