Not ayoba

I bought mtn to mtn minutes on Saturday evening so that I can talk to my loved one.

The network used my airtime even though I had bought mtn to mtn minutes and those minutes did not work till they expired.

I have not been refunded my airtime or my minutes

I have been calling daily and being told to call after 24 hours then 2 days now I just called and they don't know when they will address this or refund me.

I still haven't spoken to my loved one who is so far away and this has brought tremendous stress to my relationship.

I don't know why this simple thing is not being resolved and I have been a loyal customer for mtn. This is not ayoba
