I don't understand how MTN, lets you hold on for 30 minutes and still they do not answer. Retentions also doesnt take calls anymore and I need to cancel my contract. It ended and I need to cancel it, I do not want to continue with my contract anymore but I am holding on and on and on. You are such a big company but all you can say is there are very high call activity happening and we will wait longer than usual. I am sorry but 30 minutes is too long. I need someone to contact me so I can cancel my contract otherwise I would've contact retentions but they are not available anymore, now I must work through the call centre.
