Not assisting with reimbur*****t

I tried cancelling my phone 2 days after taking the new phone in December 2024 as it did not meet my requirements as they promised. It took 8 months for them to finalise the cancellation and I have been trying to get my refund processed for 5 months now. The manager from the branch submitted the request with all the required documents but they stated they did not get the request. I called in and requested assistance with the reimbur*****t, sent in the documents again but was still not reimbursed. I have called a few times thereafter and I get promised someone will call be back but they don't. Now I get an email confirming my account was cancelled and advising me to go to the branch if I need assistance with the reimbur*****t. This is absolutely ridiculous and just confirms that I will never again do business with MTN nor will I recommend anyone else to do so. All of this after being a loyal customer for 15years.
