NOT ANSWERING OF PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS

Been on the phone for HOURS to get hold of MTN, in order to track the status of a purchase I made through them. I EVEN emailed '***' and got told they're "cancelling my account due to their records". But I am the one waiting for this product?! How have I been paying for a product, the past two weeks, I DO NOT even own??
