Not Activating Insurance

Good day,<br> I purchased a tablet October 2014 at N1 City mall, the guy didn't ask me if I would like to take out insurance or not, but a few days later I went to Parow branch to take out insurance. I then completed the forms and signed where I needed to and the consultant that assisted me( who has since left the company), end of December I noticed my debited amount was just the device and not including the insurance, I then thought to wait till end of January, which again was just the device amount, I then called the call center and they advised no insurance is loaded on my account for the device. The following day I went to the Parow branch with my proof of insurance, the branch manager checked on the system and the insurance was never activated but the consultant would assisted me, which has now been about 4 months later, she then made a copy of my client copy to e-mail to the insurance department to find out if they can still load it, only to get feed back two weeks later, with there is nothing they can do. Should anything have happened to my device what was going to happen, to my knowledge I did what I needed to and I'm not happy about the outcome.<br>
