Not able to upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service I ever received from MTN! I need to upgrade as my current phone gave in.

So I saw a deal online and decided to go into store. Got there just to be told that I cannot upgrade to that specific deal as I'm still on the old system, that deal only applies to customers that's on the new system!!!!

This is totally unacceptable
