Not able to receive incoming calls for a week

I've been experiencing ongoing problems with people not being able to reach me. My phone switches straight to voicemail.I have to call your call centre, going through a ridiculous amount of menu options, listen to stuff I'm not interested in, before I eventually get to speak to someone in the technical department. I then have to explain, time after time, that I'm able to make calls, send and receive SMS's, use WhatsApp, but I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE FLIPPEN PHONE CALLS!!!!!! Across ALL networks - Telkom, MTN, Vodacom, Cell C ... Then my number needs to be reset from your side, either while I'm on the line with them, other times when I end the call, depending who I speak to. Then I have to switch my phone off for about 10 minutes and once back on, type in #330*0000#, or not, once again depending on who I speak to... I WANT THIS PROBLEM SORTED OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL - please don't give me **** stories about the network because that's plain *******! Then every other MTN number in that area shouldn't be working either and trust me, they do. I can't go on like this - what use is having a cell phone and people can't reach you and you eventually end up in screaming matches because people can't get hold of me?!! SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
