Not able to enter MTN Competition.

So there is this competition running from the 07/09/2024 – 06/10/2024 where you can stand a chance to win a Samsung TV. I upgraded my contract on the 20th of Sep with the hopes to enter this Competition. To enter this Competition you need to add a number on whatsapp. So this is where the problem started when saving this number on your phone it shows you that this number is not available on the Whatsapp App.

For the past week I called and emailed MTN to assist me with the correct number or to let me know what is going on.

They rep**** to my first email (after 2 days) of asking for more information, so I have send them sceenshots of the problem (jpg). After 3 days I phoned 135 and was adviced that I must email them, So I did again. Later that day I got a reply asking for pdf format sceenshots, so I did.

So today the competition is ending and I did not get any reply on a way to enter this competition.

Does this not fall under falls advertising?
