Not a Happy Customer

I so disappointed with MTN and the service. I bought a home router online the delivery was quick and I was happy however is been 2 days now I'm trying to activate this router with no luck. Called the call centre more than once and I'm told stories, at first they said it will be active in 2hrs, today I call I'm told I need to call activation the next day at 8am..I'm working from home and I need the internet...
