Not a happy client at this point

I went to an mtn store id soshanguve crossing was assisted by a lady i didn't even get her name, ud swear i was irritating this lady but why is that i really dont understand because i went to her desk following instructions of the guy at the door, i wanted to pay my account and she says we have already sent a debit order instructions so u must wait... I mean come on did i not take the initiative to come to mtn? I say to her it will not get money in my account then she says no actually it debited on the 18th of march and i asked how cos my salary gets paid on the 25th? she keeps quite for some time and looks at her watsapp... Ive never seen such service, i think she realized i was still at her desk then she said i think ur account is at the legal department call them.. I said ok my number has been blocked due to non payment that's why i had to come... She says no find someone else number to call. But i dont see myself ever visiting mtn crossing.. I told the guy at the door i pray that lady fixes her attitude if she's the manager i really dont know.. I feel like she's the manager there cos of she made me feel like she's untouchable even the guy at the door just said... Eish mama

Mtn please teach your employees something about client service because otherwise respect is within
