Not a happy Client

So Today I called mtn to enquire about the contract I had done on the 17th of Dec. Lovely lady had told me it would roughly take 5- 7 working days before I get my cellphone. I agreed with contract because I would get my cellphone before leaving for the holidays. Today got given an *** number horrified to speak to a mondo consultconsultant, quite rude and unbothered she says it will take 7-10 working days before I get the phone. I recently had a horrible interaction with Mondo , now if your service provider is mondo , I do not know if I still want a contract with you quite dissapointed with your service. I was really relieved when I spoke to your mtn consultant over the phone she assured me I would get the phone before I leave my holiday.
