Not a bozza network

Iam very disappointed with the level of service I received from you guys this week....I have been trying to do a sim swap since Tuesday and I must say I feel like a main character in some horror movie😭😭....have been sent from pillar to post as none of your agents can explain why a sim swap can't be performed on my no,all security questions passed yet it's one story after the other,and your agents r really making my situation worse as they sound like they were not given proper training...Iam very disgusted and frustrated with how you guys r handling my situation,🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
